Several reaction-diffusion models

This is the third  set of protocols demonstrating how to build your own VirtualLeaf model plugins. This set of four protocols demonstrate how to implement a classic reaction-diffusion hypothesis for pattern formation including:

  1. reaction-diffusion dependent coloring
  2. Fick's laws of diffusion
  3. diffusion in a growing domain
  4. growth-patterning feedback
