Vleaf empty model plugin

The first step in an introduction into how to write Virtual Leaf model plugins.

This is the first in a number of protocols demonstrating how to build your own Virtual Leaf model plugins. The progression is from this first model plugin, which does nothing, through implementing cell division, reaction-diffusion and cell differentiation and finally directed polar auxin transport mechanisms.

There are four SEDs in this series- each demonstrating a number of related concepts:

  1. an empty model plugin
  2. cell division driven tissue growth

    4. division about an arbitrary axis
